Event - IT and Electronic Expo - Da Nang 2014

On 1st September 2014, the Information Technology and Electronic Expo - Da Nang 2014 (called DANICT Fair 2014) was closed after 3 days from 30th August - 1st September open to visitors.

During the Expo period, three seminars on the application of IT solutions were held and attracted hundreds of interested attendees (including representatives, speaker and reporter) from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City. 

One of the most interested topics was discussed in the seminars is the use of Open Source as a solution for IT applications. This is the most optimized IT solution for the next few years to avoid the dependence on the copyright and also promote intellectual, creative IT community in Viet Nam.

Event - Ceremony of Cooperation Agreement between CENTIC and FSOFT

On 29 August 2014, the signing ceremony of Cooperation Agreement between Da Nang Center of ICs (CENTIC) and FPT Software Ltd (FSOFT) was held in 15 Quang Trung, Da Nang City.

Mr Nguyễn Hoài Đức – Vice Director, Mr Nguyễn Trọng Tuấn – Vice Director and engineers of CENTIC  and . Mr Nguyễn Tuấn Phương –  Director and engineers of FSOFT in Đà Nẵng attended the ceremony. The signing ceremonry was chaired by CENTIC.

FPT Software was known as Vietnam's leading company in the fields of outsourcing IT servives to Japan, North America and other developed countries. In Da Nang, FPT Software is the IT team with over 1000 engineers. 

At the ceremony, the representatives of two sides expressed their desire to strengthen cooperation, improve development conditions, accelerate the local electronic industry and ensure the needs of diverse clients.

The agreement will deepen strategic cooperation between CENTIC and FSOFT in the following aspects: exchange unified model for the coordinated manpower training in the field of IC Design, Embedded System Design, Circuit Design  and other agreements were also signed on the same day of ceremony.

Japan, Vietnam cooperate in microchip semi-conductor industry
